We deliver this service wholesale using crystal-clear AT&T infrastructure through our partner, "Send-Global," which is referred to on several pages of this site.

2 - How do I purchase PhoneAnywhereCheap?
Why not try it free first? We want all our customers to love our service before they purchase it. Just click "Sign Up" at the very top of this page, select your language, and follow the easy set-up directions. Once you're a customer you can return to our website, click on Your Account above, select your language, enter your phone number and security code at the top right of the page, and add more time to your account. It's as quick and simple as that.

3 - How do I Try It Free?
Simply click Free Trial, fill out the brief form, and we'll give you $3.00 of free calling time to try the service before you buy it.

4 - When can I begin using the service?
Your account will be activated immediately upon credit card verification. You can print a signup receipt while you're online. You'll receive an email with your account information plus instructions on how to use the service and how to access your secure online account.

5 - Do I press SEND after calling a number?
NO -- do not press SEND after the phone number you are calling. You will be charged international cellular rates by your phone carrier if you do. Phoneanywherecheap works without the need to press "send" after dialing your number.

6 - Do I have to change or cancel my current service provider?
No, our service can be used from any phone and you stay with your current carrier -- no switching required. To use PhoneAnywhereCheap requires dialing around or bypassing your current carrier. You do this by dialing our access number first, then your destination number.

7 - Is PhoneAnywhereCheap similar to a Calling Card or Phone Card?
Do you use calling cards or phone cards? If so, you'll love the simplicity of PhoneAnywhereCheap. We've taken away many of the hassles of conventional calling cards to deliver a simple, easy way to purchase prepaid calling time with NO PIN NUMBERS to enter. 8 - Can I use PhoneAnywhereCheap outside the U.S.A.?
PhoneAnywhereCheap is designed to make international calls from the United States to any country in the world. Canadian residents joining PhoneAnywhereCheap get a special toll-free access number in Canada so they can call internationally from Canada. PhoneAnywhereCheap is not currently configured to deliver low-price calling from International locations back to the USA or Canada.

9 - Does PhoneAnywhereCheap have any extra fees?
No, there are no hidden fees whatsoever! In fact taxes are the only additional charge you may incur. Other than that, you pay only for the time you actually talk.

10 - Do PhoneAnywhereCheap rates vary?
No, we don't do "peak" or "off-peak" hours: you always pay the lowest rates 24 hours a day, 7 day a week. It's easy to know the cost of your calls no matter when you make them, around the clock.

11 - Can you recharge your PhoneAnywhereCheap account?
Absolutely! Recharge your account 24/7 online at www.phoneanywherecheap.com . Go to Your Account, select your language, and enter your phone number and security code at the top right of the page. You can also select Auto Recharge and your account will automatically recharge in the amount you select, and you'll never run out of minutes.

12 - Is there a minimum usage fee?
No, PhoneAnywhereCheap has no minimum usage requirement -- you pay only for calls you make. There are no monthly or weekly service charges, either.

13 - Do I have to prepay to use PhoneAnywhereCheap?
Yes! This is a prepaid calling service similar to conventional phone cards or calling cards. Our prepaid service requires NO contracts, NO maintenance fees, and NO connection charges. It delivers the best wholesale calling rates through two different rate plans: Basic and Elite.

14 - What's the difference between the Basic and Elite rate plans?
PhoneAnywhereCheap offers great rates in two plan options. Our Basic Rate plan delivers the same great rates you see posted on our home page -- with NO membership fee. If you upgrade to the Elite Plan, you'll get a 20% savings over Basic rates and you'll pay a one-time fee of $5.95.

15 - What is the Tell-A-Friend Promo Code?
Once you return to PhoneAnywhereCheap and make a purchase we give you your own Tell-A-Friend Promo Code to hand out to friends and family. You'll earn $2.00 in free calling time each time a friend or family member tries PhoneAnywhereCheap.

16 - How do I manage my PhoneAnywhereCheap account?
You can easily self-manage your account. Just go to the Your Account tab at www.phoneanywherecheap.com, select your language, and login at the top right of the page.  You can recharge your account, make changes to your account, view your call records and purchases, and print Tell-A-Friend Promo code cards to give to your friends and family. 19 - How do I protect my credit card information?
The highest level of industry-standard SSL encryption protects the information you submit on our web site. All our sign-up forms and the Send Global management system use SSL encryption to protect your sensitive data like credit card numbers, customer information, and passwords. All your credit card information received is then stored on our secure servers. Our database servers are located on our private and isolated network that is NOT on the Internet.
